Which is ur favorite brand for choosing laptop?

My favorite is DELL laptop. Dell is one of the top notebook brand. they offer great notebooks for a low price and great customer support. I specially like the Dell XPS line of notebooks, they are the hot rods of PC laptops. Years ago, I was a big fan of Gateway when they first started out. They had such great support. The up till last Nov I was a big Dell fan, then my new lappie came with Vista. Now Ive come to know how bad Dells customer support is. They treat you like you have the plague if your support question involves Vista. Im gonna watch this discussion closely to see what brand is the most liked, cause I will not be buying another Dell.

hi there, i don't know much about laptops. i like to use computer and also i find it comfortable. i have seen my brother use laptop. he has HP laptop. so if i would select a laptop it would be HP cause i found it was good. i have used it a few times and it was good. happy mylotting!

hi mhrmmasum, till now i have used two brands. one is hp and the other is dell. i love both of them. if you ask me to choose one, i will go with dell as it is cheap and has more durability than any other laptop. well, now i own aliienware. as a gamer i love this one.

I have never really been into laptops because my parents have always had a desktop and I have always been satisfied with desktops,and we have had a Hewlett Packard but it was not the best,and now we have a Dell,after I met my fiance we acquired a IBM laptop from a ex friend,and it is not the best,and we have asked my parents for another laptop for Christmas so that way we will both be able to use laptops and be able to mylot together in the den,and most likely they will get us a Dell because they have a good reputation so I would definitely rather have a Dell.

I agree with you completely. But here in India Dell provides better after sale service, so i would recommend Dell.
