Can anyone give me ideas on how to raise money for my boyfriend. It's a weird problem but I need to raise money for him to take the SAT. Its his senior year and he wants to go to college and actually do something with his life. But he cannot afford the SAT or ACT. He didn't qualify for the fee waiver and his family cant afford for him to take it and I sadly cant afford to either. His Dad has cancer for the 4th time and his life is slipping away so my bf spends his days at home with him. So he can't get a job because he devotes his time to his father. And his mom has no respect for him at all and is telling him on a daily basis that he is never going to amount to anything. It's a difficult situation and I need ideas on how to help him.

Hi. I didn't know you had to pay for those tests! When I was in school -- long, long time ago -- the SAT at least was just given across the board to all students.
So, how much does each test cost, and I'll try to think of ways to raise money.
Oh, has he got a way to pay for college?

the SAT is around 40 something dollars.. and no he doesnt.. his only resort is to apply for grants and scholarships.
