I'd like to think that my father just accepted me for the person I was when he was alive it always seemed that way. My mother on the other hand was a totally different story I think in truth I was never the person she wanted and certainly I am sure she felt disappointed in me in a million and one ways.As I grew older I realized the loss was hers not mine. It certainly has taught me in life to accept people for who they are not what I want them to be.
