I was looking for a picture of a person ironing and I come across the coolest site. You won't believe what they hold a competition for. It is for the person who irons in the strangest place. Some of the places that people have been ironing in this competition is just too funny. You have got to click on the link and take a look.

I cracked up. And this is a competition. What people won't do.
Click on the picture and take a close look where the ironing is being done.

I think the ironing under water was my favourite one! I mean, really the extents people will go to, but I have to say those ideas were very imaginative, for me who absolutely hates ironing and can't iron properly it appealed to me and made me laugh, thanks for sharing my friend. Who dreams up these competitions, they sure don't come any weider than this one!

Ironing is a form of relaxation as far as I am concerned ,and I will take my time and make sure that all of the clothing is crease free. The weirdest experience of ironing was my sister in law,who once ironed her blouse on the kitchen floor her floor was carpeted and she inadvertently put the iron face down on the carpet,to check if she had all of the creases out of her blouse, the carpet was melting by that time, and she had to claim on her household insurance to replace the burnt carpet.

I think ironing would have to be the worst chore of all, I hate it so I usually buy things that don't really need ironing if I can which is not really easy, I never have been really good at it, I am glad I don't have to iron mens shirts I think they would be a nightmare.

When I ran across what I posted here I thought it was the funniest thing. To have a competition about a very boring chore is funny. I loved some of the places that people had done ironing. Me I am just the boring standard places to iron person.

That's pretty neat! It makes me think of the competition that the Colbert Report had, to make John McCain more interesting. I think it's because ironing is just so boring, it's been around forever, and nobody wants to do it, but maybe this competition will inspire people to spice it up a little.

Hi Sheepie,
I like your response. You may have a point there. That is something I had not thought of. I did think that this is a pretty neat competition. Make a boring chore into a not boring chore. Thanks for your response. It is a good one.

LOL...I must admit these are some strange places. I can't really say I've ironed anyplace strange though. Just your traditional ironing board in the laundry room. That's about it.
