I definitely think music affects mood. When I'm angry, I like to listen to really heavy rage music...it somehow makes me feel better. Though, conversely, sometimes when I'm really down I like to try and get myself out of it by listening to upbeat stuff.

Music is really a kind of magician power for me, and maybe for many people. It is undoubt that I become happy or even exited when I am listening to my loved songs. And learning to sing new songs and enjoying high time in the KTV are also amazing.

Music is very powerful to affect people's moods. If I am in a bad or depressed mood, playing my favorite music can make me feel much better and change my mood for the whole day or even week. Different music can make a person feel different feelings. There is even a form of therapy called music therapy. Also music is used a lot in long term care facilities to help residents have a better quality of life. It can be used as a form of relaxation as well as an aid to exercise.
