you may give her a bucket flower like rose or jasmine. you can too take her holiday at beach in your town. or a night birth day you can going to restaurant like a dinner with your girlfriend.

get your and her photo framed pr portrayed on a pillow cover, or t shirt or a coffe mug and present it to her.candle light dinner, a gold ring or diamond ring, perfumes, beach walk and talk or a dinner, take her for a baot ride for an hour.plan a trip for a day out of town from morning to evening.all the best

Why not give the gift of life, the gift that keeps on giving. I suggest a live plant such as her favorite herb, a tree sapling, or vegetable plant. My lil brother has a thing for pecan pie so for his B-day I plan to get him a pecan tree. The day will come when he can gather fresh pecans for the best slice of pecan pie.
