Yes. You can reduce your weight by eating more and more fruits. Try to take fruits in an empty stomach - Our normal routine has been to take fruits as desserts but it is not beneficial. If you have fruits before your main meals it helps you to give more energy for weight loss and other activities while detoxifying your system.

I actually believe you might have a better time losing weight with veggies, and they are lower on sugar.
(a plus for diabetic people)
Fruits are ok too and some people think that eating nothing but fruit for a day out the week can be good for the health and weight issues.
