Healthy Eating

Do you think that today more and more kids are starting to eat junk food or not eating at all? I, personally, am not a very healthy person as I can't eat/drink dairy products, plus, I dislike the taste of most vegetables. I am not, however, anorexic. I love food too much (haha). So, do you think that fast food chains such as McDonalds and Burger King are enticing children to eat more junk food, and do you feel that celebrities are the main cause for anorexia and too-much yo-yo dieting. My personal views are; Yes. They ARE to blame, but so are parents, who do not influence their kids to eat healthier and to excercise. My parents want me to eat more, but I'm just picky. Thankfully, I hate junk food, so you won't see me skipping off to McDonalds anytime soon. What do you think of this topic, and do you agree with it or not?

I think resorting to the junk food is not a happy sign from the health point of view. It is also a fact that some peoples are liking of junk food and some home made food. I like the home made food which includes the more fiber rich vegetables and fruit. I also use to eat chicken and fish cooked by baking and not deep fry.I think mostly the parents are to be blamed for their children's resorting to the junk food outlets. In the outlets like McDonalds and others all are not the junk food but still some good foods also.

Yes I agree. I was once addicted to junk food, but now I want to gag at the smell, its so disgusting. I haven't actually eaten fast food in 3 years, so I'm proud of myself! I only eat it if I am desperate
