do you eat 3 full corse meals a day

I don't, when a day is so busy I usually once a day and that is lunch, but aside from that I munch on almost every minute, prevents me from getting hungry. I have 3 kids and really it is true that you are on the go most of the time. My breakfast would always be a cup of something fast to prepare and to drink.
