I was talking via email with the neobux admin and he admitted that you have to choose a time to login to the system to rent referrals. He actually said to me: you should be on at the top of the hour that you have chosen to hit referrals and keep hitting refresh because many people are trying. I responded that he should implement an auto-buy system so that you simply place an order in a queue and then have it serviced first-come first-serve. He didnt respond to that. So basically, I am out of a 90.00 membership and 35.00 in rental credit because I cant win a browser refresh rate. They pride themselves on being a cutting edge PTC with instant payments and advanced features yet have the nerve to say I should sit there and hit refresh in a browser window. I also asked him how he knew what time zone I was in/they were in so that I would not what actual time was meant by the referral time and he did not reply. Buxout does instant payments and the site is always available. Neobux quit serving pages right after they got my 90.00.
