do you always drive the speed limit?

I do not usually drive the speed limit,I always drive five to ten miles over the speed limit because five miles over is allowed around here,and no cop will pull you for going five miles over the speed limit,because if they gave you a ticket they would get laughed out of the courthouse,I will sometimes go a little faster than five or ten over on the highway if I am in a hurry,or if I am running late for an appointment or something.
