Do you still wear flip flops in the winter?

Hi stylioJ, though I live a tropical country I understand that how cold the weather is during winter season in a temperate country, for I had experiences the terrible cold while having vacation to a temperate country during severe winter season few years back. I had to wear thick overcoat to keep myself warm as well as to put on wool socks and leather shoes as a protection against the bitter cold. So definitely I dare not put on flip flops in the cold winter days. posting and take care.

I live in MN and I usually wear my flip-flops until snow falls. It is now November 5th and I wore my flip flops today, but I think I will have to put them away this weekend because we are supposed to get some snow this weekend. I just don't like to wear socks, so it is going to take me awhile to get used to wearing socks AND regular shoes.

Hehehe, i used flip flop every day, stylioJ, we are call id "sandals" at Indonesia. So flip flop seems new to me.

Hi stylioJ, I do love my flip flops, but I will not wear it after November, I guess it is because I used to live in New York state, and the winter there is toooo cold. Now I moved to Tenneessee,the weather here is mild, but I still will not wear the flip flops in winter. Happy mylotting!

I live in Australia and thongs (or flipflops) are like the only shoe i ever wear. I think they could possibly be one of the best shoe invention ever haha. I also wear them in winter....i cant stop. We dont get much snow here (maybe 1 day a year) but it still gets freezing, i think my feet have acustomed themselve to the cold lol.

I wear them for a lot longer then I should. But when there starts to be snow - that's where I draw the line. I hate having my feet wet from the snow! lol I don't mind if they are cold! But around where I live I def. wear my flip flops longer than a lot of people.

My feet get cold way to easily, so there is no way that I could still wear flip flops in the winter!

i'm lucky to live in the south where the winter is mild and short so i wear flip flops in winter. it's cool that you wear flip flops when it's snowing. i guess as lond as it's not too cold and you don't need gloves then it's ok to wear flip flops.

I wear them in the house a lot. I only wear them outside when I'm in a hurry or if there's barely any snow on the ground. Once there's too much snow outside I wear my boots.
