Have you ever been scolded by anybody for any reason ?

Hello arya, My parents always brought me to my relatives' house when I was a small girl. When I reached the house, I used to go straight to the living room and sat next to the coffee table, looking for magazine, comic or book to read. My mother hates my attitude as she feels that it is rude to just go to other people's house without being invited to come in first. So, she would pinched my hand and yes, it hurt. One time, I was busy looking at the comic book and the daughter of the host scolded me for sketching cartoons on the wall. I was alone that time and she scolded me in a low tone so that my parents would not heard it. Unfortunately, my mother heard that and she told the young girl that it was impossible for me to do it as I don't like all these stuff and she saw me reading from the minute I entered the house and sat at the same place.

Hi there! Well I have not been scolded by anybody except by my parents and that's when I was still a kid. But that seldom happens and only if I really did something wrong. Personally, I think scolding someone that is not your relative or child isn't a right thing to do. I mean, you don't have the right to just scold someone even if that someone did something you don't like especially if its just a kid. I think the proper way to do it is just talk to the person/kid and tell them not to do it again. Ciao!

It doesn't happen now that I'm an adult, but when I was a kid I was surprised how an adult felt the right to schold me just because I was a child. I mean, my parents would do it, and since they had to worry how best to bring me up, they had the right to scold me. But I would sometimes have strangers scold me if they saw me doing something outside that they wouldn't let their kids do. I feel that they had no right to do that. If they wanted to tell my parents to let them decide, then thats another matter. But they had no right to take matters in their own hands like that.

In my younger years i've been scolded by other people many times.I just couldn't remember any situation but i am pretty sure i always was.When we were young we didn't know what we were doing until we were scolded and realized it was a mistake.

As a child I was always loved adventures and as everyone know adventures usually leads to some miss happenings. So in my life time scolding became a part of life, from neighbors, parents friends, tearchers. Also my mom always says I have a smart mouth so scolding usually happen in situation were I thought that adults didnt know what they were talking about and that I was right, although you maybe right, you should never tell adults that specially in those days. My parents always say be rrepectful to your elders.

its justs uncountable time that i have been scholded by people specially my parents and teachers..........beacause i was said to be d most naughty child of our locality... :D

I think a month didn't go by when my parents didn't scold me when I was younger. I was always being yelled at in middle school . . .thankfully, I wasn't ever scolded in highschool though. I can't think of any particular experience when I was scolded to badly. I suppose when your so use to something, you kind of forget your worst experiences concerning something like scolding and all the memories are either forgotten or blended together. Fun stuff.

arajayaprakash wow hi oh yes my husband used to scold me for pronounciation of certain words, but it did not work as I just found it easier to use a different word and escape his boring commentary. I was really better educated than he was as I did have a college degree BA in English.

The first scolding I remember was from my grandfather who scolded me for not answering my mother when I was 5 years old. I remember it to this day because he frightened me and I ran and hid under a chair. Nowadays the crapheads in my office do it too but that's a different scenario.

I have been scolded by my neighbour too, but it was about a fight that me and her daughter had, she just jumped on me and I was speechless.Anyways, I think that as a past now we all are good friends.

It is not good enough to mention about why I was often been scolded, but for some special reasons, these kinds of things couldn't be under control. Just suppose you were living with a guy who has a lot of terrible habits you don't like, even couldn't understand, so the bad thing happened. Though we branniganed each other, but I was always been scolded, 'cause he was like a mad man when he felt unfair,I guess. The aspect of what we argued about is very little things as speaking too loud, disturbing other ones when coming back late and so on. I can't bear it, it's too boring indeed.

I was scolded by so many people on various occasions, once i was playing cricket and played a shot which hit my neighbors window glass. And he came out shouting and started running to beat me up. I ran from the place that very moment he was an aged person and was not able to run for long time. So he gave up, and was shouting at me. I still remember incident very clearly. He was insisting me to pay for the damage, but i never appeared in front of him for several days. This was back in 2000. It was one of the most funniest childhood scene of my life.

Well there wont be anybody who has not got scoldings from anybody in his life.... So i guess this is very good thought discussion topic... Well i will answer to your topic now ....That is yes i did get so many scoldings from so many people.... My main problem is when i get going then i will get lost in my own world and i dont care about anyone so at that time you may do many mistakes because of which you scolded... One occasion i remembered is when i first met my girlfriend when she was not my girl friend, but she was just my class mate....I was like talking to everyone n i called her like hey....She was in real bad mood so she scolded me that what you dont know my name then why cant tell my name.....

yes , i have been scolded many a times from my parents. even my teachers also scolded me when i did poor in exams in my 9th standard.i found it very difficult when i got my first scolding, but later on i got used to it. and now in professional life also we got sweet scolding when some job not done on proper time ,sometimes that sweetness also evaporates.So, i remain very careful to avoid any sourness in my scoldings.

others may speak or may not but every body has experienced it in one or the other way. In the high school classes I was called as Wakeel, the advocate, and one day I had an altercation with the son of the principle of the school where I was and he reported to the principle and he called me to explain but he was not satisfied with my explanation and this was the most important scolding for me.

i have got scolding from my parents and all others .iam always naughty rite from my childhood i have got so many scoldings.for example when i was 15 i took my fathers bike went on a ride at that time i didnt know to ride properly a vegetable vender was coming in front of me and i dashed him ,that guy scolded me.this one of such example i have done many.happy mylotting

Yap i am scolded by mother, uncle, and my teacher several times. At childhood i like to flying kite but my uncle and teacher dont. They scolding me several times. At childhood i like to eat powder milk very much when i eat milk then my mother scolding me.
