Sleep with flowers in your bedroom if you want sweet dreams, work suggests.
When the smell of roses had been wafted under the noses of slumbering volunteers they reported experiencing pleasant emotions in their dreams.
An odour of rotten eggs had the opposite effect on the 15 sleeping women, the German scientists found.

This is an interesting expariment. A lot of people talk about what one hears when falling asleep affecting their dreams (fall asleep listening to classical music, or music you like, vs. falling asleep listening to new reports about the war on terror, or something...) but I've never heard of falling asleep with different smells. I guess it's possible. Thanks for posting this.

What you have found you have not stated. just have presence of mind while sleeping you will be dreaming what you want to dream. Please do not taken in casual it is a hard fact. You can have dreams in the day while you are awakening and doing some thing. Take it as a challenge and you will achieve it.
