If you are that unhappy with your job, I recommend searching for a new one. I do not recommend quitting your current job until you have another one to go to. In the meantime, work on your attendance. Remember, these people can make or break you when trying to find a new job. Attendance is something that companies look in to because it reflects on your work ethic. You may not like your current situation, but until you find a better, more suitable job, this one pays the bills. Right?
One other thing, be sure you no longer want this job before you move on to a new one. You may find that once it's gone, it's gone for good. Look closely at the big picture before making your final decision.

Exactly.
Don't quit this job until you have secured another one, for SURE, with another company.
(I'm talking the filling out of the W-2's, the scheduling, etc.)
This guy hit all the good points.

If you're pushing over 40-hours a week with your 14-hour days, you better be getting overtime pay!
If you have another job in the running, I'd make sure you GET that job FIRST before quitting this job.
Don't be dumb and just quit because the boss is a moron - lots of bosses are morons.
Also look at your hourly wage, proximity to your house/drive time/gas spent, etc. - would it be worth it to switch jobs.
As far as attendance goes, I noticed you started another MyLot topic regarding it - I'll answer it there.

if you really does not like your job and your boss, you should try to get a new job.
been under stress is not good to anyone. If I were you I would try to see what is the problem if you found no answers, try to get a new job. you can buy a newspaper to see a work section and decide what kind of work you can do. Bosses sometimes can get really tough. I wish you luck.
