Have you ever lost all hope?

We have all faced hard times and been through days where we felt that we just couldn't get through it. What did you do to pull through these times? What helped you overcome your biggest hardship? I'd just like to know how people deal and cope when they feel like they have hit rock bottom.

I certainly am in a position to respond to this December 2005 i was told i had Colon Cancer stage 1V (no cure) I relied on my faith and have had a positive attitude for the 3 years since. I have no side effects,have had 6 different chemo therapies and radiation with control but no shrinkage of my tumor but I remain positive and upbeat and honestly never pout,self pity etc etc We can overcome if we believe and have positive thoughts ..at least it worked for me Good Luck and Have a Great day
