Windows, Mac OS, or Linux?

Hi friend! It's a simple thing, every computer need OS so that it can be operated. So if you have option to choose, which OS you like to use if for example you are looking for a new computers (Assume that you have mastered the OS you choose). For me, i would vote for Linux. Because Linux have been built within community and in my country (Indonesia), there are still less viruses that attack Linux. And also, it's cheaper hehehe. So how about you?!!

How about all three :D:D:D
For example, dual-boot Mac OS and GNU/Linux and run Windows on a virtual machine. This way you eliminate the security holes of Windows, and you gain all the advantages that the three operating systems have.

nice.. but i think my computer will not fulfill the requirements.. only P4 2,4 Ghz, 768MB of RAM, and 256 ATI 9600...

Hi,
Linux is my vote, simply as I still use and thrust linux operating system (Slackware current).
Many people said that linux is for computer geeks. I think such statement is incorrect now, as most linux distribution are offering an excellent user friendly interface, a wide range of stable package selection, and a responsives support or communities. Today, Linux is suitable for everyone.
PS: most Linux distro are available for free.
