has it changed much?

My family emigrated to Australia when I was 10. Ive often thought about coming back for a visit, but the stuff I see on TV, may be its changed too much. What do you reckon?

The UK has changed a lot in the last 10 years, perhaps not geographically, but definitely demographically. There are significantly more immigrants now, predominantly from Poland, Pakistan, India and Slovakia. The economy is not great; in many ways we're turning into a mini America. If I were you, I'd stay in Australia. I'd join you if I could!

no place can remain the same forever.. the neighborhood you had in your memory of your home and backyard would now be replaced by towering mansions or parking lots.. your nostalgic memories make get into backdrop if you laid eyes on the country now.. but there's a sure way to know.. contact some of your old neighbors or friends who still live there and ask them about it...
