YES I can as I was born before TV was invented. I was cursed with a black & white TV with NO remote control until I was 11 years old.. Then we finally got a colored TV. Until then we listened to the radio. Kids played out in the yard a lot. We ate dinner together & then we sat & chatted until time to take a bath.

The world would be filled with very intelligent people because they would be actually reading and finding other ways to educate themselves. Television is fine as long as it is viewed in moderation and not totally dependent upon for entertainment. There's a whole world out there that needs to be explored.

life without tv wouldnt be that bad, if i still had my computer, with a computer i can get actually more then i could out of a tv (more shows, movies, etc)
thought it would be kind of boring not to have anything to lounge in front of on a day off of work.

It would be like going back to the good old days where TV is still nonexistent. People would have more time to socialize. They would be hanging out more often, as there is nothing to do in their spare time. It would also be a good bonding time for family members, listening to stories each would tell. I would imagine children listening to their mother as they read bedtime stories. Some would engage in a hobby. There are so many things to do when you are not distracted by the TV, just use your imagination and creativity. Life wouldn't be boring at all.

I think life would be much more different. It might actually be better. People won't be staying indoors watching tv but instead they would go out and become more active. If there was no TV, people would probably be watching more plays. We also wouldn't have the term "couch-potato" anymore because there would be no reason to stay in the house and sit on the couch all day.
