How many glasses of water do you drink a day???
The recommended amount is 8 glasses. I try to drink at least that. Sometimes its less. Water is very good for your body because it flushes out all the impurities and it makes you lose weight. What could be better!

I drink upto 3-4 litres per day. This really helps me to stay fit. Excerise also is a must everyday which I do regularly. However, u need to take a rest on weekdays. But continue drinking wated. It helps to improve blood circulation and also prevents clotting of blood. It also helps to digestion.

Very less and it is not enough. I have my bottle infront of me. After reading this I am going to drink it all. Thanks for reminding!

i drink about 10 glasses a day. 3 glasses in the morning.
drinking alot of water in the morning is really good for you health, it's like that you flush all the waste in your stomach out..
there is a friend of me, he can drink 8 glasses just in the morning.. amazing..
he used to have problem with stomach, but after he do that (drinking much water in the morning), it's gone..
and drinking water can also help u to reduce weight, because water can increase our metabolism, and more metabolism means more fat burning.. u have to do sport too, of course..

i might drink 1 bottle of water and thats about it. Other than that i dont drink water dont like the taste of it.

I drink at least 10 glasses everyday. It's refreshing to drink a tall glass of cold water after eating. I've been dehydrated before and it's not a good experience. Ever since then, I made it a habit to drink a lot of water everyday.

Hi, I drink a lot water everyday.. I drink it as "terere", a common drink in my country.. I drink about 3 or 4 liters of water everyday since the morning until the afternoon and past the night.. it's very healthy and helps my body keeping hydrated for the hot days..
