Yes, my computer is FINALLY fixed! After arguing with Dell, and repeatedly telling Dell Technical Support that it was hardward problem, and then a problem with my power supply or power source, they finally listened to me, and put in a new power source into my computer. Can you believe that? My boyfriend is great with computer (then again, his whole life is about games and computers, I swear I live with Reed Richards), and he, along with another Dell Service Technician (I had 3 Dell Service Technicians at my home looking at this computer trying to find the problem), diagnosed my computer as having a bad power source. Honestly, let this be a lesson to those that own a computer, anything can be the problem, but if your computer is frozen on the logo screen, or you see the "blue screen of death" indicating a hardware problem, then you know it is most likely a problem with your power source.

Hey! Congrats on the fixed computer. I had a similar problem before but it was a RAM issue. How much did it cost to replace the power source?

That is what I thought was the problem at first, but that was not the problem at all, it turned out that it was the power source. It did not cost me anything because my computer is under warranty. That is the best thing to do if you buy a computer from Dell or HP or any of those companies. Get a warranty. This way you do not have to pay for parts if they break.

Also, get a service contract. If you have a service contract, technical support has to fix your computer.
