Special Pasta

Anyone got a special kind of pasta that you like to eat? Doesn't have to be well known or anything, it could be some weird mix of stuff you did yourself, or a family recipe you wouldn't mind sharing. I'm in the mood for pasta, but I don't want any same olds. I wanna try something new. Hmmm...

I just love pasta with parma ham and tarturfo oil. So good. Quite expensive but worth it. It's also with cream that makes it utterly divine!!! you can also try this recipe I saw on TV. Just mix cream and lemon juice. It will curdle a little so you have to whisk real fast. Then you can add to pasta and fried bacon and ham. Heavenly!!!
