What advice do you have to prepare 4 the coming of our 2nd child after 11 yrs

This is going to be my 2nd child after 11 years and i could use all the advice i can get to prepare for our new little one. I am 11wks pregnant, I know i still have just over 7mths to go, but i say it is never too early to start preparing. The baby is doing just fine, heartbeat is very high, growing and maturing as normal, dont know what it is yet, i have a girls name picked out, a diaper bag, a 24 pack of diapers, 1 receiving blanket, a beanie n booties, basically i am starting all over again. Money is tight so advice on budget shopping but yet obtaining all the things we need for our baby would be nice too. Thank you, i look forward to the advice with a list of things to do before he or she gets here. Expecting mom
