Information technologies and the MNC's....guidance needed

Hi friends,One of my friends working in an MNC in India for the past 10 years now needs a change and wants to apply for another company which is only 6 months old.She is very much confused about changing.she is in dilemma whether to change or not.She asked my suggestion.My opinion is due to the recission which affects the world now ,dollar value and the power cuts prevailing in our country,the conditions of MNC'S surviving is doubtful in this period.So I want to advice her not to take the risk now and wait for sometime.But the present company is paying a very good salary now.What she feels is if she goes out she can learn other things and now she is not able to do that.I need your guidance mylotters.share your opinions please,as my friend after a lot of suffering is only now living with little peace of mind.

i don't think a 10 year experienced employee couldn't make an option on this.......also how she cant be given preference in her own company,in which she was about 10 years to switch to other good things to get learned...... may be she was not successful in her past 10 years in that company..... if that is the case,what she gonna do in another company too?????
