adsense unchecked

I had one blog,and i have signed up for adsense on 16 th september...
which means one week before,but still my adsense account for my blog in unchecked state..why it is still in unchecked status...
i feel it is taking more time,why it is so...
my blog dont have any irrelevent or any other ,contetn fully satisfying the adsense rules.but still my account in unchecked status..
can anybody tell me what may be the reason behind this..

I have the same experience. My blog don't have problems but it just can't be checked, I have tried many times, all the same. Until resently, my blog has been checked, I was so happy at the time. I found that your blog has to exist for months and has some good contents, or you may be unchecked. Don't give up, some day you will success.

But my coleages got activated his account with only one posting in blog..
That too introduction posting,he put that for chcking how blog is working(like hi to all,this is testing blog,some thing like this only he posted),but he get his account activated.
but i am having two quality postings in my blog ...!!!
