Does food's look matters to you?

Hello my friends.. Whenever you eat, does the food's appearance matters to you? will you eat it if it is prepared uncomfortable into your eyes? Or you'll just ignore it and get some nice arranged foods? For me sometimes it doesn't matter but sometimes it matters. There are some foods that doesn't look good but tastes real good. So i just taste it rather than just look at it and ignore it. There are few more reasons also but i can't tell them all here. Anyways, every replies/opinions are appreciated. Yes it does. A food should look nice so that I feel like eating it. It should smell good too. I suppose there is a saying "A food is first eaten with nose then with eyes and then by mouth".
Yes at times there are foods which really look disgusting but taste great. But very rarely will I venture for such foods. To me , the food should look good and should be served in a proper way too.
