Yes sometimes I think we make our selves sick, by the way we live. When you get to be older you hate going to the doctor because they need to run this test and that test, and then they tell you well we need to look into this farther then more tests. Now if you never went to the doctor you would never know I guess that there was this problem untill it surfaced and maybe it is too late. As for injections, some can't stand the thought of a shot. But I have learned after the open heart surgery that a shot is better than suffering and will be more than glad to take one if it will make the pain go away. I think we need to make regular visits to the doctor so that they can stay on top of things and we not go in there feeling a little down and have them drop the bomb on us of cancer or something that has snuck up on us because we didn't go as often as we should. If we make regular appointment and take the blood tests and other test that they are always giving then if they do come across some problem we can nip it before it gets a hold on us.

I'm not afraid of doctors,I always want to visit them even if I'm not sick because I always want to see my grand children the truth is their parents are doctors. But seriously speaking we should not be afraid of doctors a distinct one for our needs. Most of us do not visit doctors unless they are seriously ill.But for us who had our first attack we are obliged to visit them once in a month if we want to live longer.
