Will you compromise when it comes to doing a job?
I am a software developer, I was looking for a job in Java Development. But I being a fresher did not get any chance in Java Development as their are many people doing the same. So I had to finally compromise on ERP's.
Now I m doing Development in ERP's, I Like it but I dont love this job. As i am totally devoted towards Java. But I cant help it more as I m just not finding any job in Java...
Plz what shall I do... How can I make up with this condition...
What would u do...?

Technologies change with each decade. JAVA is one day no longer going to be the main stream of developement. I say look for something totally new, something that people are going to love for the future, because again though JAVA is the main thing now one day soon it will not be.

Ohh yes thats the truth, but i have already joined ERP's but my entire love was Java. I was totally dedicated towards Java. I know that S/w development is the thing where nothing is permanent. We need to upgrade ourselves.
But my problem is that i have never worked on ERP's but now I have to work on it.
I always wnated to work on Java, and inspite of being satisfied with the job i m not much Happy.

Remember, java is ultimately a tool to to develop something meaningful, its the means and not the end ..
If your quite passionate about java you could take up -the necessary certifications , study the code written by master programmers, get involved in open source java based projects ... apart from your routine work.
there is lot u can do to carry fwd ur interest in java ..
