Is computer damage for 24 hours on

My computer was in not shutdown for 3 or 4 days it was continues in on and downloading and uploading some information and movies is it any problem to my computer if i cannot shutdown it for 3 or more days this month i was switch on my computer for 350 hours can any one tell me.

Last year I made a website which was served from my computers. One was a firewall and proxy server while the other was the webserver. They were running for months without stopping and nothing was ever wrong. Of course, the occasional power interruption would take my website and webserver out.
