I want to stay but cannot

My friend was diagnosed to have Hepa B. When everybody knew about it, they started turning away from her. But I am honestly feeling scared about this too. I love my friend and I want to stay beside of her, but how I can if I am feeling scared to get the sickness from her also. I am telling her to get medication while its early, but she does not want to, she said she cannot afford it. I have my family too, I have my boyfriend also, I don't want to get the sickness and give it to people i love also. What I have to do. I dont want my friend to feel that I left her.
