I was just wondering what do you guys prefer when buying stuffs. Do you look at the quality of the stuff or you just check whether its cheap? I myself prefer quality stuffs as long as it's not like buying the stuff just for it's brand. I think people who are rich tend to buy branded stuffs, but people who are smart checks for the quality rather than the brand. Also sometimes cheap stuffs doesn't mean that the quality are bad.

I will always go for the quality. quality comes with cost (many times). while going for shopping I don't mind spending double money to buy a quality product if it is available in option. It always helps us to keep the quality of our life too. Cheap does not mean always bad quality as higher price do not guarantee high quality. The point is go for the brand, even if it costs little higher, it is worth.

I think so too, sometimes quality have high costs but its worth it. Most branded ones are also promising that we could really consider the cost as the quality is top notch.

we test run lots of brands, cheap and not so cheap,we find there are some items that we cannot compromise on,one of them being washing up liquid,no matter how we try the cheaper versions just do not do the trick, lol the suds vanish and the greasy dishes remain greasy. But ther are a lot of cheaper brands that are excellent value for money, some cereals are really good buys, the cheaper versions offering more or less the same thing as the branded products.I am not against giving anything that is cheaper a trial run, there is nothing to be lost from doing that, and then if you cannot get on with it you can always revert to the brand you would normally buy.

I agree, there are also cheaper ones that are of good quality, and expensive ones that have bad quality. I think we should really just try the products ourselves as to test whether we like it or not.

Usually cheap, but it depends on the product, there are some things that are just to good or important or useful not to buy. I only buy a few things that are brand names because I trust them or they taste better (I'm sorry but nobody does it like Sara Lee) I'll admit on occasion I do look for the name, I have a Juicy bracelet just so I can have one. But normally I just go for what is affordable.
