No, it isn't possible to edit a post after posting it. Therefore one learns to take some care over wording discussions and responses! If you use the 'preview' button, however, then you do have a chance to edit it before finally posting.
I use Firefox which has a very nice spell-checking facility and underlines in red any words it thinks are misspelled.

Yes i also use Firefox it will show me mistake but i don't know pure English so i will get grammar mistake but fire fox not correct it.

One day, no doubt, there will be a 'perfect' program which will allow us to type in any language at all and translate it automatically into perfect English/Mandarin/Hindi or whatever!
Many people use MyLot as a way of improving their English and I think that is very creditable. One of the discussion Guidelines is that we should not criticise people's grammar or imperfect English. Since I'm aware that my own English is not perfect, I don't do so, as a rule, unless I can make a constructive and helpful suggestion.
