your old friend

i have not seen my besfriend for almost 5 years now but we don't make that as a hindrance in our friendship. we no longer have those sleep overs or long conversations/chitchats we used to have but we make it to a point that we communicate as often as possible. we send each other updates in our life through SMS. though we have drifted apart & changed a bit, we can tell that we still know each other. so if you have a friend you haven't seen in a long time, make it a point to communicate -- that's why we have technology -- email, chat, phonecall or sms. spending money for your friend is worth it.

I have a highschool classmate whom I have not met for more than ten years. Then last year, we exchanged text messages and met in december. We did a lot of catching up. We missed each other so much and I was very glad to see her again.

i had a friend since gradeschool, we were friends for like 6 years. we parted ways because we had to go to different high schools and we lost communication for the entire four years. during those days, internet and other telecommunciation gadget were hardly available. if available, that would cost us a fortune. anyways, in college we were surprised to see each other again and funny thing is, we also had the same college course. we were bestfriends back to each other's arms. we continued being bestfriends till after college, until she met this guy and fell in love. she really did not deserve the guy because he was just after my friend's money. but my friend would not listen to me, and declared that i am not her friend anymore. since then, i never saw or heard from her again, for the second time. we have been lost in touch for like ten years already. she's not even in friendster. i miss her and i want to see her again.
