Please tell us something about the best book you've ever read. Mine would be the "Chicken Soup for the Soul". It's a book about being thankful for what we have, there are also words of wisdom which helps a lot when you have a problem you can't seem to solve...

I read a lot of books so it's hard for me to just pick one.
I have known about "Chicken Soup for the Soul" ever since 1996 when I was 16. My language art teacher introduced it to me by reading it to my whole class during my sophomore year.
I don't read it anymore but during this summer, I bought the version of it for busy moms at a good price in Marshall's. In case any of you have no idea what it is, basically like Ross and TJ Maxx which sells items cheaper at what department stores charges you since these items were no longer needed from where it came from like at Nordstrom's or even like Macy's in order to make more room for some more items.
I read a lot of self help and business kind of books so there is not just one that I love but there are many others.

Probably MADAME BOVARY. Even in translation, it's a perfectly written work of fiction. I sometimes think it might be worth learning French to read that book in its original language.

Considering I read a lot of books, its pretty hard for me to just pick one best book. It would usually depend on genre and my current state of mind.
For now, I would probably say Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged can be classified as an all time favorite. This epic novel is wonderfully written, and even without agreeing with her philosophical views, I think is still fascinating and engrossing.

I think my favorite book of all time is 'Night' by Elie Wiesel. We read it in high school and I liked it so much I went out and bought it. He was in a Concentration Camp as a child and the book describes his experiences there. Really a powerful book.

I would have to say that my favorite book is "God Shaped Hole" by Tiffany DiBartolo. Dispite the title, it has nothing to do with God. It's actually a romance...that reminds you that things don't always end "happily ever after".
