What is/was your most fulfilling job?

I work in a call center, too! I enjoy my job, and we do have a lot of fun at work. I will get cranky callers on a daily basis, and sometimes the caller is a jerk and abusive. The great thing about this job is that as soon as I hang up the phone, I forget the person. I don't take my work home with me, unless I want to relay a funny story or talk about my day. I've worked in other fields, and it wasn't as much fun. I had a boss who went to bed with her cell phone. If she awoke at 2 a.m. with a thought, I better answer the phone and hop out of bed for her. I never had any time off. With my job at the call center, my day is over as soon as I log off the phones. It also helps that the company provides outstanding benefits and incentives. We always have a new promotion or incentive going, sometimes several at once, so it's rewarding in that sense. What's also rewarding is being able to talk to people from so many different backgrounds. It's always different every day.

Your practically correct, as long as you are enjoying your job and you feel accomplish every end of the day would make your job a fulfilling one. But if you analyze things fulfilling job is somehow related to a kind of job were you can be able to utilize your skills and knowledge youve learned from your education or somehow skills that you excel most. Fulfilling job is how you can enhance yourself or have yourself a career and personal growth wherein you can grow with the company.

i would have to say that being an artist and actually selling work is a very cool thing because it means that someone also appreciates your talents. that is the best feeling in the world! :-)

Mine has to be when i worked in a play center we looked after children from the ages of two and a half to five years. I loved every minute of it, it was a very rewarding job. I enjoyed the children s company as they are so friendly and have a innocent view of the world. It also give me the excuse to play with the toys and do lots of arts and crafts. I would love to go back to working with children again.
