Good and Smart Employees

If we have Good and Smart Employees in our office /college/factory/store we will always get good results. Here smart employees mean that the person is good and quick in his/her work.

Every individual has their own definition for good and smart employee, but according to me a good and smart employee must have the following qualities to lie in that category- 1)He/She must be able to carry oneself, 2)he/she must be very innovative and a quick learner, 3)he/she must have very clear thoughts, views and perception, 4)he/she must be able to do quality tasks in less time.
A good and smart employee is the one who becomes a role model for other newcomers to set their goal and aim...
