Anybody use GetRef?

I've been trying to use this thing but every time I'm told I have a new referral, I check the site in question and they have NOT signed up under me. There's no way to contact the people you're in a transaction with, and if you don't approve them it goes against YOUR record. Everybody says GetRef is such a fabulous way to get referrals but I just don't see it. Either there's something wrong with the system and people are not being sent to the correct links (and I have doublechecked and yes, I've got my correct referral links entered), or people just try to cheat like mad there. If anybody uses this system successfully please let me know how you do it!

I have been at the site for about 15 days now and got some credits by joining few sites !! But when I tried to spend the credits I have earned at the site every time some cheater presses update and never joins my site !! Now I have a buyers rating of -2 so I think no one would like to join under me, I think its waste of time , though some people seem to make get referals there !! I have no success there, Now I am thinking to quit it and find some other good sites !

i just signed up on it just now and i really am confused on how to deal with it and make progress with it..I'm completely lost! with all these people testimonies i am now being skeptical with this site..its a good thing i heard and learned from this people sooner than expected before i waste time with it...

Base on my own experience, there are too many cheaters in getref. My referrals at first are active to my programs but after I gave them the credits they suddenly disappear and there's no way to stop these cheaters, Getref is not reliable anymore. Soon I'll leave it, but first I have to dispose my credits there.
