I do and I've been complimented on my skin and they're supposed to be great for the heart, hair and nails.

I have taken Omega 3 for a long time and I have good skin. I am 60 and people tell me my skin looks great. I also use a lot of sunscreen. I need to add a good all round supplement that has a lot of vitamins. My Dr. told me to take coq10 with my lipitor. This is good for the heart. I really do not like to take medication or supplements, I just get tired of taking pills every day. But I am very glad they are available for us to take.

I take Seven Seas One-a-day Pure Cod liver oil tablets every day, because I do a lot of training at the gym I put a lot of pressure on my joints and so I take the supplement to lubricate them, it also contains Omega-3, Vitamins A, D and E which all help to maintain a good health, they are very reasonably priced too!

I take fish oil supplements on the recommendation of my doctor to supplement my diabetes meds because my triglycerides are high. My LDL is good and my overall cholesterol is good (147), but my HDL is too low and my triglycerides are too high. So, I take the 1000 mg. gel tabs of fish oil every day. If they're supposed to help skin and hair, I haven't seen it. But, if they're helping what I CAN'T see, then I'm happy. If I had seen this a month ago, I'd have answered sooner, but I answer when I see things, BR or not.
