What is the one thing that you have to do everyday but don't like to do?

I enjoy most days at home but I really do dread suppertime. My kids are fussy. One comes home on the school bus hungry and the other has sports after school so timing is a big thing. I usually give a snack to my younger one and make supper when we're all here but I sometimes make 3 different meals just so everyone's happy! I really prefer cleaning the bathrooms (I have boys) to making supper! What's your least favorite thing to do?

I'm with wolfie, getting up out of bed is the one thing I often wish I didn't have to do. I am just lazy You are better off with the boys than you would be with girls. Girls are a pain

You'd be amazed at the things my daughter has washed in her pockets, including her cell phone

Did you know boys have so much more dirty laundry than girls do? I am always amazed at that! Not only more but also dirtier and you always have to check the pockets :)

I understand exactly how you feel. When mine were young I had to do exactly the same thing. Of course, I couldn't complain as I myself am a very picky eater and even if all of them were eating the same thing, I would probably have to make something different for myself. The one thing that I dislike doing everyday is the shopping. I like to have fresh bread and milk every day so I shop for this on a daily basis. I don't like shopping and quite a lot of the time I order my groceries on the internet and have them delivered to my house. However, I think the delivery man would think I had lost my marbles if he had to call to my house every day with a loaf of bread and a litre of milk.

I try to shop for enough to make meals for the week, I would love to order online and have them delivered but we don't have that service in my little town yet. I'm not a good shopper because if I don't have a list I always forget something important like milk and have to go back.

I often make a list but then I forget to take it with me. I just can't win.

For me it is getting up in the mornings! I am NOT a morning person, I don't function well in the morning, I am grumpy, moody and irritable, yes I'm male LOL! And I just can't face mornings, I am more alert at night and prefer to work at night. I warn people that I am not my best in the mornings. You sound as though you have your hands full, boys eh!

I don't mind getting up in the morning as long as nobody else is up yet, I really at least a half hour of quiet time with good coffee before I can deal with things, so I usually get up quite early to make sure I get it.

I don't like to wash the dishes. I prefer watching tv or staying on the internet. But it stes an example for my son that even men should help in house chores. This will help him later on in life.

LOL! I'm kind of right there with you, I don't like making supper either. Not because I often make 3 different meals because I just wouldn't do that. But I hate cooking! I don't like to do it at all, it bores me. I'd rather scrub the toilet, wash the walls, do the laundry, almost anything but cook. (though I'm not overly fond of the things I mentioned either, haha)

Maybe the bathroom, like you,its not my favourite place to clean certainly lol it never seems to look clean, though its scrubbed regularly, but its more than likely because its an older bathroom, and not one of the pristine white ,mirrored beautiful designer bathrooms, and lol when I have the loo brush stuck down the toilet pan,I certainly dont feel attractive in any shape or form .

I don't know what I dislike the most but I would have to say that cleaning the bathroom is one of my least favorite items to do in a day. I don't mind dinner too much. Why don't you make some preparations for it throughout the day so that you don't have as much to do at suppertime and then it might seem easier. I used to cook more than one meal but decided that I won't do that anymore. It is too time consuming and it is too much work for me. I work hard here and at work and I don't need the extra work in a day.

Tell you what, you clean for me and I will handle the fussy eaters for you!! :-) I detest cleaning!!! Do it, but hate it! Just seems a never ending job. Would rather do anything else. Thank goodness I can't stand a mess more than I can't stand to clean, huh!!??

Definitely waking up in the morning, especially if I slept late the night before. Ugggghhh ... I would be in a very rotten mood until I grab my coffee :-) And one thing I hate to do: Washing the Dishes!!!! (I don't have dish-washer). Because my kids are still very young (3 and 2), I beg my husband to do the dishes everyday. When my kids are older, they're going to be my dishwashers LOL

Anything that requires bending over is difficult for me. I'm pregnant now, and it's really uncomfortable. I hate picking the laundry up, putting it in the dryer. Even filling/emptying or picking up my dog's water and food bowls are a little hard.
