What is your alltime favorite Family Guy episode?

Any episode with brian stewie banter is hilarious.

The Back To The Future episode was a a freaking trip.

very very hard to decide. I don't know if my favourite counts as an episode, but it's Blue Harvest. it's so funny, and so true to Star Wars at the same time as sending it up. you can tell they're real fans. if that one doesn't count, then maybe the one with the Panic Room, where Meg gets sent to make a sandwich, despite there being intruders, and she ends up practically begging them to molest her.

My favorite by far is the Star Wars episode. I love the self-awareness of it all. At the end, Chris and Peter discuss the "episode" in context with Robot chicken, which is also terrific.

My favorite episode is the one where Peter gets a tab at the Pharmacy. I love the part when he buys a whole crate of Ipecac, takes a bottle, and then gives one bottle to Chris, Stewie, and Brian. They make a bet where the last person to vomit gets the last piece of cake. It's hilarious!
