Anyone had a similar problem before?

Around 15 days ago i felt pain and burning on my sides in the area of kidneys and different parts of abdominal with constipation. then pain and burning got worse with every day and i went to a doctor. He did an ultrasound of my entire abdominal including both kidneys plus a couple of more tests one is urine culture and other is cretanine level. After that he diagnosed me with acidity, gas and urinal infection. I am taking medicine from a week now and i still have pain in different parts of my abdominal which come and go plus i am also loosing weight and feeling very light from past 3-4 days. Did you ever had similar thing? My worry is that if the doctor has done a correct diagnosis or not. I am a 22 m.
