PREGNANCY: teenagers getting pregnant.

ive been noticing that there are a lot of young girls getting pregnant and therefore getting married. especially the school where i came from, a number of girls belonign few batches lower than me are getting pregnant, some even looks so innocent that they can be mistakenly has the age of 15 or 16. is this the new starting age of getting married and settling down? i know people today are getting open minded as time goes by but do you find it okay for girls getting pregnant at a very young age?

In my country, still this tendancy is at a minimum. I think the reason is our culture.
By 15 or 16, girls know only a little. It is not a good time to bear responsibility. Getting married and bearing baby is a huge task. I do not think they are ready for that at that time.
Also you lose the time to enjoy the teenage time of your life.

nope its not okay. i have been a volunteer on our region's foster home for infants and childrens that have been surrendered because the mother is so young and not responsible enough to take care of her child. most of them is a daughter of 15-17 years old mother. they are so unfortunate of having a parent like them. its ok if they know how to raise their children but as what i have noticed most of them are not responsible. they just left their children after giving birth and now the goverment are the ones who are taking care of them. what kind of mothers are they?? i pity those children there at the foster home. i can see that they are longing for love and care from their parents.
