My little girl is getting interested in being potty trained but I can't keep her interested she looses the interest I was wondering if anyone had any advice how to keep them excited about it not just when they feel like it.

How old is she You could make a chart and every time she uses the potty she gets a star, then after so many stars she gets a reward.

I did that with my son he loved it she is almost two years old but she is not interested in that. It's so cute she claps and we all praise her when she does a good job but she seems to want to then not want to it's not to consistent and I feel she is learning so much faster than her brother if I could find what keeps her attention we might just have it.

She may just not be 100% ready yet. The best way to potty train is to put her in a pair of "big girl undies" (don't use pullups since they are just like a diaper) and take here every so often to go.

All it needs is your encouragement. Tell her how she is such a good girl. And that you feel proud about her potty training.

I do that all the time we even make a big deal about her getting to flush the toliet and put the lid down.

i also did the chart idea with my little girl. it worked really well. in fact, i let her make the chart with me and she got to pick out what stickers she wanted to use each time she went on the potty. i also gave her a lot to drink so she would have to go often. the more pratice the better! one other thing i did that got her really excited was a phone call from someone special when she went on the potty. i got this idea from Dr. Phil (this was years ago). i got one of my girl friends involved. my daught loved Dora at the time. so, when she went on the potty i had her call Dora (my girl friend) and tell her about her success and Dora got to say how proud she was of her. this worked great. it was a BIG deal to talk to Dora. we did this for 3 days and she was potty trained. so, that is another idea that is a little crazy you could try. good luck!
