I would prefer to keep the interview going on the basis of my strengths. If the point of my weaknesses come about i would put across them in a way to show that i intend making them my strengths.

in an interview, i highlights my strength and when in comes to weaknesses, i try to say it in a manner that though its a weakness, there is a matching strength in it. that im doing something to make that weakness a gain in my personality. that im doing something to improve that weakness

There is no need to brag about one's strength or admit our weaknesses. We apply for the job that is most suited to us and which we think we can perform well. When we are being interviewed we have more to tell to the interviewer on our capabilities and the interview is the platform for the interviewer to gauge our strength and weaknesses. Our confidence in answering to questions asked during the interview is a good yardstick to proof that we are the candidate they are looking for.

What a question, yes I was asked that question before on my interview. Well, the weaknesses was about my family and the strength is all about my skills. Frankly, I don't know how to start that conversation before..funny that was the first time I was ask that kind of question, keep on posting!
