I am not sure if you are talking that you already have a relation with this person or not. Part of it is that men don't need much to get them aroused. One quote I love on that is that for a woman to turn a man on all they have to do is "just show up." A woman needs more and a lot of that is how their "feelings" are being met. Do you make them feel loved... needed... pretty... etc. Meet those needs and then when you sit in close proximity and are protective, strong, masculine, there is more of a chance that she will respond.
