LECHON BABOY as popularly known here in my country..a celebration is not a celebration at all if there is no lechon baboy in the table...it is actually a whole pig grilled and with stuffing inside...i am from cebu so lechon de cebu is very delicious and i eat like every sunday it is present in our table..we buy it in kilo and in every occasion in the family lechon baboy is present.
What about you?have you tasted this food already?or do you like to eat this?

Hi there, I like lechon baboy so much, especially when the skin are so crunchy! I also buy a kilo but not every week though, but at least few times a month. I never had lechon baboy for almost 2 years now, because I am living in the country that most people doesn't eat pork!

i like it crunchy too and crispy ..it is not me that usually buys but my mom..she is eating like she does not have high blood pressure...so where are you located now?in middle east?

I love lechon so much. I must admit the best lechon ever is the one from Cebu. Lechon here in Manila is not as good as in there. During birthdays, I used to order from Talamban I forgot the name of the shop but its really one of the best in Cebu.
I will just order, then deposit in their account then they will deliver in the airline. We will just pick up in Cebu Pacific office then bingo - time for lechon na!

there are many delicious lechon here in cebu..like in carcar, in talisay and like alejos lechon, and cnt..they are all tasty because of the stuffing inside...and it does not need a sauce like what you have there in manila...im proud our lechon here..yummy.

Yes you said it correctly. You dont need sauce anymore, its just too tasty. My favorite parts are the skin and the ribs.

I for one love lechon baboy... especially the skin part... i still remember when i was young... i would always look at how they roasted the whole pig... but i would never look at how they killed it... a lot of my family members know know to cook lechon... but nowadays... they rarely do that because of the lack of time... so we would just order whenever there are important celebrations...

this is really a must in any occasion in our place. but is not a very special food for us, if we say that we can only have this food during occasions like birthdays, weddings or any party. i say not very special, because lechon baboy is being sold almost everywhere in the metropolis. we can even buy by kilos, from the public market. is it true that "inasal" or lechon baboy is the best in talisay city?

Yes I really really love Lechon!! I must agree that Cebu has the best tasty LECHON BABoy specially in Ben's Lechon the most popular lechon in Cebu!! And once you tasted, always wanted!
