Do you workout in a gym or at home...or not at all?

Would you prefer to go to a gym to workout or just do some exercise at home? ...though you probably may not have the time to do some workouts at all. I do have my workouts at home. I seldom go to a gym. I don't think I still need to workout in a gym.

I've never tried working out at the gym. I am much comfortable and enjoying working out at home. even if I don't have machines to use. I just do sit ups, and if I am not that lazy, do some push ups.
I do 100 sit ups every morning, and stretching. then 50 seat ups before I go to sleep.

I work out in both places, gym and at home ^_^ MOst of the time, i will be at the gym, and i will be working out in my frenz condo's gym ^_^ Though it's much smaller as compared to those well known gyms, but i like it there better as it's more quiter and lesser ple ^_^
The times i work out at home, is when i dun have time to work out in the gym and so i do it at home.. I have got my bar bells and dumbells at home for me to workout too ^_^ If not, most of the time, i will be doing my chin ups, push ups and situps at home ^_^

I work out in both places too, at home and at the gym. When your time is running out at the end of the day and you still have not done your fitness workout, I tned to work out at home. I have purchased all my home fitness equipment from www.rocksolidfitness.com They have everything from strengh training to cardio for your workouts. THe prices are really great too!

I do not work out in a gym.
The only time I have to work out, is at home.
I might go for a walk or a bike ride.
Thats all I have time for cause I go to work and after work I babysit.

I hope to workout at least once a week but was not successful.
In the end I bought myself a pedometer to keep track of the number of step that I made in a day. My target is 10,000 steps per day and this really make me to walk extra distance to meet the target. This help me to keep my weight in control as well.

Pass,I dont work out full stop!I like a good brisk walk,or a swim sometimes but as for pumping iron ,no not my cup of tea,the gym is not for me,its far too hard a work ,and I find the whole experience exhausting.I have in years gone by gone to the aerobic classes and enjoyed them,but that was when I was younger,im happy just to take that good walk out now.

Yes im working out in my home. I want to be physically fit to avoid sickness, to have energy in what i do for the whole day... Because excercise makes you stronger and physically fit..
