INTEL or AMD?Which one you prefer and why???????

Bought the Intel and AMD have 99 per cent same features but most of them prefer to take Intel because when problem arises our friends better knows about the Intel processor so I feel not to take the processor which is unknown better to take the process are known.

I recommend AMD processor very much. I salute to their awesome processors. Because its cheap and works perfect for everyday computing.

Intel is good for stability performance and AMD is good for faster performance. The main advantage of AMD over Intel is that its multitasking capability is far better than Intel. But AMD suffers from excessive power consumption, that's why the get hot faster. This thermal problem is little in Intel cpu. So it stays good in the long run.

Intel has a huge customer setisfaction & a good market . As a Software Engineer I recommond to use Inter Process its Reall robust rather then AMD. I worked Comfortable working in Intel based computer . I am sure life to use Intel is more then any other as AMD . I have compaired by installing lots of heavy software on both for 2-3 month . I finally go with INTEL proudly.

well, i am still more confident when using intel, even intel's products are slightly more expensive than amd's products. i think it's more reliable than AMD. in my office, we use pc with AMD inside, while at my home, i use pc with intel inside. so i can compare their performance. i found intel is a bit faster than AMD, and AMD is getting hotter faster than intel. well, currently i am using intel core to duo 1.8 gigs and i am contented with its performance.
