hi ,my friend ,i have a qusetions ,are organically grown foods the best food choices?
the advantage claimed for such foods over conventionally grown zre marked food products are now being debate ,advocates of organic foods procliam that such products are safer and more nutritions than others.
consumer start to paying more attention to whether quality of dietis safety and nutrition or not,
however ,much of this has been sparked by sweeping claims that the food is unsafe or inadquate in meeting nutrition needs, only organic food prevents or cures disease or provide other benifit to health,
do you agree that?
what is your ideas?

In some cases organic foods have been proven to be more nutritional based on what the product was grown in. However, the main different - other than the better taste - is that organically growing is better for the environment an dour over all health.
Just because you wash that piece of fruit or that veggies, doesn't mean you get rid of all the chemicals it was sprayed with and grown in.
Overall, your best option is locally grown organics. That way you know that it hasn't lost an nutritional value form being froze and defrosted and sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. You are helping the environment because that produce wasn't shipped across the country.

Anything processed it crap and should be treated that way. If people ate less processed foods they would live long and not be over weight - that has been proven over and over again. Organics are not some big solution to very health problem in the world, but they just may help you from getting certain disease that can be prevented.

i do believe that eating organically grown foods is good for one's health. however they are quite expensive compared to their inorganic counterparts. maybe one of the reasons is that organically growned foods are much hyped in this age where everything we eat seem laden with toxins or hazardous chemicals. researches had shown a direct correlation to lots of diseases with the kind of food we are eating.
another reason why organic food is expensive is that growing them is very labor intensive. it takes only a few hours to spray your veggies with pesticides to ward off or control harmful insects from destroying your plants. but it will take long hours of tedious wore to put screens, or wrap, for example your eggplant fruit one by one with paper, to prevent pests.
but to have the best things in life, one has to work for it. for those who go for organically grown foods, you can plant your very own by growing veggies in your backyard or in pots.

I believe that organically grown foods are better for you, espicially fruit and vegetables. I believe this because non-organic foods are sprayed with many different pesticides to keep them from bugs and insects, these pesticides are chemicals and do not not think and it has been said by many experts that they are not good for human consumption in the long run and if you can get food that is not sprayed with these chemicals then why wouldnt you have these instead? Well these foods do exist and they are organic foods. I personally think that organic food is tastier and more nutritous for you. I am not entirely sure about it being able to cure diseases but I do believe that it is better for you and provides a more nutritous diet for you.
