How fast is your computer?

I have a newr computer I bought from walmart this last tax time. I have upgraded it sum and made it a good working machine. I get mad though because all I have for a internet connection is a dial up 56k modem. It is so slow it is easier to respond then it is to post. It is very irritating because I live so far out of town, I can't get cable or satilite. Has this happened to any of you ? What is there availible to fix my issue? I am in need of faster internet help!

I had problems with mylot pages loading slow and I fix it disabling the images on Internet explorer, I disable flash player too and now it load really fast, I am happy because now I am able to post in lest time, maybe you would try it out, well of course if you don't mind about not being able to see the pictures on here, anyway you can enable it again.
